TalentBower loads its lettering from Google Fonts, which means your device contacts Google for those files. Messages with TalentBower HR travel through WhatsApp, a Meta service. Those companies act under their own privacy rules, not only under TalentBower's. TalentBower will list any new provider here, for example a form builder or ad tag, before switching it on.
Only when the law requires TalentBower to, or when the law allows it and it is reasonably needed to look into misuse or protect someone's rights.

Traffic to talent-bower.com is encrypted with HTTPS and application details are limited to the TalentBower staff who process them. If a data breach is likely to result in serious harm, TalentBower will tell you as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
Employers you were introduced to, and WhatsApp itself, may hold their own records outside TalentBower's control. TalentBower can point you to the right place to ask them.
Yes, TalentBower does. Email careers@talent-bower.com to access, correct or delete your details, withdraw your application or raise a concern. TalentBower may check your identity, aims to reply within 30 days and will explain if something cannot be done. Withdrawing cannot reverse an introduction TalentBower has already made.

TalentBower does not use automated decision-making. Real people at TalentBower read every application, while the employer makes the hiring decision.

Write to careers@talent-bower.com explaining your concern. TalentBower will look into it and respond in writing, and if you remain dissatisfied, a person at TalentBower with no earlier involvement will review the matter afresh.
TalentBower asks for your preferred role so the right details and training reach you and the application goes to the matching employer. Not sure yet? Mention it when you message TalentBower HR and they will talk you through each role first. Until an introduction has happened, you can switch roles by sending a WhatsApp message or writing to careers@talent-bower.com.
TalentBower keeps the chat so HR can see what was already discussed and avoid asking you twice. Only the TalentBower staff who handle applications read those messages. You can ask TalentBower to delete the conversation from its side at any time, although your own copy and WhatsApp's records are managed by you and by WhatsApp. TalentBower never forwards your chat to marketing companies.
You can change your mind about TalentBower at any time. Tell TalentBower HR on WhatsApp or write to careers@talent-bower.com, and TalentBower will end contact about roles, make no new introductions and remove your information as described under retention, except anything TalentBower is legally obliged to keep.
The information TalentBower holds comes from you, so a quick check before submitting helps. Where something seems incorrect, TalentBower HR will ask you about it instead of changing it on assumption, and corrections can always be sent through WhatsApp or to careers@talent-bower.com.
TalentBower may, yes. Updates are posted here with a new date, and if they affect information TalentBower already holds, you will be told first where the law requires.
