Tell TalentBower the truth about yourself, and only apply on another person's behalf when they have asked you to. Anyone applying through TalentBower needs to meet the eligibility and right-to-work rules for that role. An employer found through TalentBower can request more detail or an interview before deciding.

TalentBower does not guarantee work, a minimum workload or income.
TalentBower stands behind its own website content and ads, while employers answer for the information they give TalentBower and their obligations as employers. Where an ad and talent-bower.com conflict on a material point, TalentBower investigates and fixes the incorrect one. TalentBower does not treat general disclaimers as overriding what it has specifically said or your legal rights.

Finishing the TalentBower training does not guarantee an employer will offer you work, and the employer is still responsible for how its work is done.

TalentBower has no control over external sites linking in or linked out, and is not responsible for them.
